D13金包榴蓮是貓山王的變種,人稱「貓山王表弟」!!!
D13金包榴槤果肉顏色較深,有點像是黃帶橙色。果肉光滑,柔軟細嫩,甜度較高,散發出淡淡果香。
榴蓮氣味並不濃烈,口味大眾化,是初次品嚐榴槤之選。
榴槤營養成份相當高,除了作月子的婦女外,體質虛弱的人、長期茹素的朋友也適合以榴槤來補充營養。
解凍方法:
1) 微波爐:從-18度冰箱取出,把微波爐設置為高溫,解凍15分鐘 (1000W的微波爐)
2) 室溫:從-18度冰箱取出,放置室溫(24度以上)3小時
3) 風扇:從-18度冰箱取出,放置室溫(24度以上)用風扇吹2小時
4) 冰箱:從-18度冰箱取出,放置冷藏(2-6度)12小時
* 急凍榴槤可以儲存在0-8度下48小時

Thawing method:

In contrast, liquid nitrogen freezing is a more advanced technology. Liquid nitrogen is an extremely low-temperature liquid with a boiling point of minus 196 degrees Celsius. In liquid nitrogen freezing,
The fruit is quickly immersed in liquid nitrogen, allowing it to freeze quickly. The extremely low temperature of liquid nitrogen can quickly freeze water and form tiny ice crystals, thereby reducing damage to fruit cells.
