After receiving the order, Family Club Plus will contact the customer by phone within 2 working days

to confirm the order.

(If the customer does not receive the contact number within 2 working days,

you can call 0900-1800 from Monday to Friday.

4. 家+Club保留權利，以適當的產品去替代市場缺乏供應之產品，

   但本司會確保替代之產品是同價值或更高價之產品，以及確保其品質是與之前的產品相近。

5. 不可換領其他產品、不掛失及不可兌換現金。

6. 送貨範圍包括香港島、九龍市區、新界。

   東涌、離島及偏遠地區如石澳、昂船洲、長洲、南丫島、坪洲、沙頭角、流浮山、愉景灣等等，

   可協商附加費。

7. 送貨服務不適用於任何管制區域、酒店房間或海外。

8 由於到會套餐為即食食品，客人如未能於指定時段內收貨，將被當作自動放棄論，

   有關到會套餐不會另行安排送貨服務，而所繳交的費用亦不獲退還。

9. 如有任何查詢，可致電客戶服務熱線 6657 1169。

10. 如天氣惡劣天文台宣佈懸掛八號及以上颱風或紅黑色暴雨警告訊號時，

    送貨服務將另作安排。

11. 數量有限，售完即止。

12. 如有任何爭議，家+Club保留最終決定權。

13. 產品由餐廳友情廚房直送。

14. 如發現到會套餐質素數量有問題，請於簽收前致電家+Club客戶服務部跟進。

Terms and Conditions:

1. Images are for reference only.

2. Please place your order at least **10 working days** before the delivery date.

3. Our Family Club Plus customer service representatives will coordinate delivery times with you.

4. Family Club Plus reserves the right to substitute products if market supply is insufficient.

Rest assured that any replacement product will be of equal or higher value and similar quality to the original.

5. Products are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost.

6. Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Additional charges may apply for areas such as Tung Chung, outlying islands (e.g., Cheung Chau, Lamma Island), and remote locations

(e.g., Shek O, Ngong Ping, Pui O, Sai Kung).

7. Delivery services are not available in restricted areas, hotel rooms, or overseas.

8. As our catering sets are ready-to-eat, failure to receive the order within the specified time frame

will be considered automatic forfeiture. No additional delivery arrangements will be made, and the payment

will not be refunded.

9. For inquiries, please call our customer service hotline at 6657 1169.

10. In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a red/black rainstorm warning,

alternative delivery arrangements will be made.

11. Limited quantities available; while stocks last.

12. In case of any dispute, Family Club Plus reserves the right to make the final decision.

13. Products are directly delivered by our Joan's kitchen.

14. If you encounter any issues with the quality or quantity of the catering set,

please contact Family Club Plus Customer Service before signing for the delivery.
